We use an error-monitoring provider to detect and diagnose technical issues. Error reports are processed in the EU. Screen recordings are only captured when an error occurs, and all text and media are masked before transmission. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable service.

There is no public sign-up. Access is granted manually.
