Liquid Database is an invite-only private registry operated in the European Union.
We process personal data only to manage access requests, verify invite-only access, operate sign-in, prevent abuse, and maintain the security of the service.

Data we collect
When you request access, we may collect your email address, name or handle, optional website or profile link, referral information, notes submitted through the request form, request status, access status and timestamps.
When you use the service, we may process limited technical data required for sign-in, security and abuse prevention.

We use this data to review access requests, manage the private registry, send access or login emails, verify access eligibility, prevent unauthorized access, and operate the service.
Legal basis
We process access request data to take steps before granting access to the service and based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure invite-only product. Where required, we may also process data to comply with legal obligations.
Analytics & cookies
Liquid Database may use essential cookies required for sign-in and security. These cookies are not used for advertising.
Error monitoring
We use an error-monitoring provider to detect and diagnose technical issues. Error reports are processed in the EU. Screen recordings are only captured when an error occurs, and all text and media are masked before transmission. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable service.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the service, including hosting, data storage, sign-in and email infrastructure providers.
Retention
Rejected access requests are deleted within 6 months. Account data is kept while access is active. When access ends, sign-in is disabled immediately; account data is retained only for security and record-keeping purposes and can be deleted on request via the contact above.
Rate-limiting counters expire automatically, and error reports are kept only as long as needed to maintain a reliable service.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, request portability, withdraw consent where applicable, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
No public registration
There is no public sign-up. Access is granted manually.
